A Few Christmas Gift IdeasChristmas Blogs by Mrs C - December 6, 2013November 3, 2015 I’ve kind of split my shopping between online and the High Street this year. Below are a few of the presents I’ve bought and so hopefully a few Christmas Gift ideas for you!I love this Navy Stag jumper from Sugarhill Boutique and I love the fact that not one of their Christmas Jumpers is corny. They have lots to choose from in a variety of Christmassy colours and unlike many other Christmas jumpers on the market, the Sugarhill ones are lightweight and slim fitting. This one was £46 but I reckon my daughter will love it to bits and will wear it for many Christmases to come.Sleep-In Rollers are a pretty good bet for any teenage girls in the family. These ones are trendy, work well and are quite cheap too, Sleep-In Rollers flatten on your head when you lie down so waking up to a ‘Good Hair Day’ needn’t mean losing a night’s sleep. Sleep-In Rollers start from just £17.95 for 20 rollers. There’s a lovely website called Sent With A Loving Kiss which specialises in personalised chocolate gifts. Sometimes I’ve bought personalised chocs but the chocolate hasn’t tasted very good for whatever reason. Having bought and tasted some of the products from Sent With a Loving Kiss, I know that the chocolate is of a very high quality. I love the fact that all their gifts come in personalised keepsake tins too. Very competitive prices and UK-wide delivery. No-brainer!Unsurprisingly with three daughters, I’ve picked up quite a few of the 3 For 2 deals in Boots and gained myself a shed-load of Advantage Points at the same time. Ted Baker’s Nail Buffer and the light as a mousse TED BAKER Body Souffle were a good deal and I can’t imagine many young women not appreciating them. The perfume gift sets aren’t too expensive either for a quality gift with a higher perceived valueThe Bakewell SOAP Co luxury handmade soaps are gorgeous. They are so creamy and smell very different to any other soaps I’ve tried. Lovely stocking fillers for women of all ages. I like that you can choose your box and your soaps, and then they will finish it off with craft twine and a gift tag. These personalized gift boxes come with a choice of seven Christmassy themed boxes and a choice of 13 delicious scented soaps. The Lemongrass & Ginger smells so good as does the Lavender & Poppy Seed if you can’t decide which ones to pick! You can’t go far wrong with candles as Christmas Gifts. I, for one, love getting candles as long as they’re not jasmine-scented as they give me a headache. Wax Lyrical have a gorgeous, Christmassy Orange & Clove Candle – Christmas in a tin basically. It’s a tangy citrus blend of soft tangerine, orange, peach and pink grapefruit and it smells divine. The AromaWorks candles are pretty special too as is the Escapology Candle from Ashleigh-Burwood.This cute and extremely soft and snuggly Snowman which has been brought out to celebrate the film The Snowman and The Snowdog may well never leave my house though as I may just hang onto it. I know my kids are too old officially for it (Can you ever be too old for cuddlies?) but I think it’ll make a nice little Christmas ‘decoration’ for the living room!Paul Lamond Games have made my life very easy this year when it came to buying for an awful lot of the children in the family.Board Games are popular with parents and children alike and are a great way of ensuring lots of good quality family-time. The Doctor Who game I’ve bought for my 8 year old nephew will probably be enjoyed equally by his Dad and I’m sure that his younger brother and sister will want to join in too. PERUDO is another classic game I picked up and can highly recommend.Oh, and if you like LUSH (who doesn’t??), then don’t forget to try your luck in my LUSH Stardust Gift Set Competition.
