This Month’s Beauty Must-HavesBeauty by Mrs C - April 12, 2016 Ok so this month I’ve been using some products from one of my favourite skincare companies – KORRES. A while back I remember singing the praises of the KORRES Wild Rose Advanced Repair Sleeping Facial, which is kind of an overnight face-mask serum.Well this time I’ve been using lots of lotions & potions from the KORRES Black Pine range:BLACK PINE ANTIWRINKLE FIRMING & LIFTING FACE SERUMBLACK PINE ANTIWRINKLE & FIRMING NIGHT CREAMBLACK PINE ANTIWRINKLE & FIRMING DAY CREAMBLACK PINE ANTIWRINKLE & FIRMING EYE CREAMI love KORRES because their products are mainly free of all those ‘nasties’ which mess up my skin. Yes they’re a bit more expensive than some comparable products but I’ve never once had a problem with any KORRES Skincare and I can’t say that about many brands. The Wild Rose Exfoliating Cleanser is another one of my favourites! Black Pine is one of those ‘magic’ ingredients which is rich in polyphenols and, protects and strengthens the connective tissue, while working towards firming up your skin. It also protects against free radicals and we all know how important that is.The black pine advanced firming creams help to instantly lift and gradually reduce deep wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. They also improve skin texture and elasticity. I have to say my face genuinely feels brighter, firmer and smoother right now, so whether or not it’s just down to KORRES I don’t know. One thing’s for sure though, I’m sticking with KORRES Black Pine for the time being and I recommend you try it out too! If I had to pick a favourite I’d say without a shadow of doubt, the Black Pine Firming & Lifting Face Serum! As for body lotions, my current flavour of the month is this gorgeous Natural & Organic Rose Lotion from Naturally Here in Winchester. I had it in amongst my Christmas presents from my daughters and I’ve already used it all up. It smells really light and fresh, not all cloying and sickly like some floral body lotions. It has frankincense in with the rose and considering it’s only £7.50 it feels quite luxurious and decadent when you apply it. It’s meant to have soothing qualities too so I’m beginning to wish I’d saved it up to use as an after-sun when I’m on holidays.
