The Present Tree

The Present Tree

The Present TreeI found The Present Tree website when I was looking for something special for my daughter’s birthday.

Helena, my oldest has just bought her first house and I wanted to buy her something that would last.  The idea of buying her a tree sounded perfect and I remembered hearing her say once that she’d love an orange or a lemon tree. Googling I came across The Present Tree and never looked back.

I ordered her the much-wanted evergreen Orange Tree, which was promptly delivered  in an organic pot, packaged beautifully and wrapped in organza, with a gift message from me.  I’m crossing my fingers that either she or her other half have green fingers but The Present Tree thoughtfully provided a care guide for her so (touch wood) the tree should flourish!

There are so many trees to choose from – from Holly to Hawthorns, Camellia to Cherry, Orange to Lemon. The evergreen Olive Tree (£49), symbolising peace and friendship, will produce delicious fruits over several months and can
survive winter temperatures of up to minus 5, which is pretty handy for us here in The UK.

Mrs C
In a nutshell, I'm a Mum to three gorgeous daughters and two step-sons who are gradually making their own lives and leaving Mr. C and I plenty of time to enjoy life just as a couple again. I'm a big fan of Afternoon Tea & Corrie and hate, with a vengeance, violence in films! I love reading 'proper' books though I concede that my birthday Kindle was brilliant on holidays.
